Hal Garnick, Co-Founder and Chief Q
For 25 years, Hal Garnick has had a successful track record of acquiring, financing, developing and operating a number of commercial real estate entities, including HCG & Associates, Inc., HCG Properties Inc., and the CGI Companies. Over the years, Hal has been involved with marketing, sales and operating activities for his various partnerships and companies. Hal helped to set HCG and CGI’s overall strategic direction, financial goals and corporate policies and was responsible for developing, managing and maintaining relationships with key investors and financial institutions. He also helped in recruiting and building the original management and operating team. Hal and his affiliated companies have owned and operated over 45 commercial properties.
Prior to HCG & Associates and the CGI Companies Hal worked at Main Street Realty Associates (a company which owned seventy-two properties) with the responsibilities of acquiring, financing and developing its real estate.
Hal is Chairman of Children's Hospital Heart Council and a member of Children's Hospital Board of Overseers. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Anti-Defamation League in New England and an Associate Commissioner of ADL Nationally. In addition, Hal is a Board Member of the Harvard Medical School Osher Institute and the American Jewish Committee. Hal is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management.
